I had an extremely positive experience with Li and Lana, and would recommend them 100%. Everything went smooth as could be. Their response time was fast and I felt very comfortable. I couldn't imagine it being any easier. Completely professional and the watch is beautiful. I will definitely buy here again. 10/10.

9-13-23 - Lana sent file containing pics, video, and timegrapher results. I wrote Lana a quick email asking for bracelet measurements since I have a 21cm wrist.
9-14-23 - Lana sent more pics confirming watch would fit. I confirmed that I was satisfied and ok to ship.
9-16-23 - Lana emailed to confirm shipping address.
9-19-23 - Lana send photo of box with shipping label and tracking number on it.
9-22-23 - FedEx international delivered package (Michigan) 3 days after leaving China (I paid about $25 more than standard shipping for FedEx).
