Ordering process was generally smooth. If you don't already own crypto, keep in mind there's typically fees involved with purchasing and sending crypto so you'll end up paying a little extra for the transaction overall. Unfortunately after QC is where my issues started

Order Placed: 12/5/24
Received QC: 12/12/24
Tracking Number Sent: 12/17/24

Around 40 days in transit, I began to ask for updates. Wasn't receiving much other than "its a busy time of year" etc. Finally once I hit around 2 months of waiting with no change to tracking, I reached out for a refund. Received a refund of the price of the watch but not shipping ($45 wasted).

Overall, lost about 2 months of time and $75ish dollars in shipping and fees associated with paying with crypto. Pretty poor experience. During that time, I ordered and received 3 different watches from Steve (theonewatches) with no issues and delivery times around a week. Just my experience, maybe I got unlucky but i'll be using Steve going forward for all orders.

Its not Jtimes fault if it gets lost in the mail. That "busy time of the year" is a big deal for them, its the Chinese New Year, its not a 1 day event, its a 15 day festival. Why would you expect a refund on shipping? Jtime paid for and shipped it. Again, not their fault. You realize this is an illegal trade right? Your expectations were a bit high there. Thats the reason for your poor experience, not the vendor. It can and has happened with Steve as well. And wasting 2 months time? C'mon man.....quit crying. Your even lucky the mods assisted you, they didnt have to. Are you always this ungrateful? You could have at least thanked them.
