Since I wrote the title that might seem like a negative review of the seller, I would like to clarify right in the beginning that I can only praise Steve as a TD and would definitely recommend him.
About a month ago I ordered two Rolex models from Steve and went through the usual stuff.
I paid a deposit and got the first QC in a day or two. The second QC followed in about 2 weeks. Both GL.
Then I paid the rest to Steve and quickly got the tracking number.
After about two weeks the package arrived in my country and I was excited to get it.
Unfortunately, the package I got was empty. It was opened by DHL and repackaged in their packaging center and the tape inside was cut. I always film opening the packages so I could provide Steve with the video and the pictures. I have no idea whether somebody stole the watches or whether it was confiscated by one of the customs in the shipping chain (triangulated shipping). Nevertheless, the watches seem to be gone for good.
I have seen recently somebody else on this forum with the exact same issue and the exact same-looking package from DHL which was ordered from a different TD that was stolen as well (same country too).
This bad experience was however saved by Steve for which I thank him. Steve offered to either ship a replacement (without guarantee) or to refund the money. I decided to take the refund via crypto to avoid running into the same situation again but this time without the guarantee from Steve. Overall Steve was very quick in communication and helpful during the order process as well as during the refund process and he made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. He always replied in minutes to max couple of hours.
I think what makes a good dealer is how they act in situations when something goes wrong and Steve was amazing. Therefore I can only recommend Steve and I would choose him as a TD to buy from again.
Although my first order was a flop, I'm left with a nice impression of this hobby and the forum thanks to Steve.
