Hello members,
I placed my first order with ChazingTime on April 15th. Payment was confirmed on the 18th, and I received my QC pictures from Alice on the 19th — everything looked fine. I confirmed the QC pictures, and they told me that shipment would follow shortly.
On Tuesday the 22nd, the order was still pending shipment, so I followed up with ChazingTime. They told me I would receive the tracking number by Friday the 25th.
Unfortunately, as of today, I have not received any tracking number, the order is still pending shipment, and neither ChazingTime nor Alice (QC team) have replied to my second follow-up yesterday.
I am a bit worried because:
Since many of you have more experience than I do with this TD, do you think it is normal for a shipment to be pending for over a week? What would you recommend I do?

- Throughout the buying process, they were always very responsive;
- Now they are not replying, and the shipment is still pending.
