The communication with Li via whatsapp is flawless.He replies quickly during his business hours.On April 14th I made the bank transfer and am waiting for the QC photos. These should actually be sent between 5 and 10 working days. I asked Lana via email concernig the status but there was no answer yet. Then I asked Li when the QC photos would come and he told me there are delays from factory about the new stock delivery. Before buying, I asked explicitly if the watch was available and he confirmed. This irritates me.I would have liked more transparency. Many buyers will receive their QC photos within a few days. If I had known that the watch had to be ordered first, I would have hesitated to buy it. I should wait a few more days until the QC photos arrive. I hope everything will work out.
