14.09.2022 - Wrote Li on Whats App an asked him about the watch; placed my order on the same day
15.09.2022 - send payment via bank transfer
18.09.2022 - recieved qc pics from Lana; watch looks great
21.09.2022 - got the tracking information from Lana
22.09.2022 - tracking information says: package in transit
06.10.2022 - asked Li why there is no update in tracking, Li said this is normal i have to wait 3-4 weeks
24.10.2022 - asked Li if there are any issues; Li told me that there is a pack of packages that are delayed in customs clearence
11.11.2022 - Li said that there are some delayed packages starts moving already, he thinks mine will be moving as well
22.11.2022 - Lana said that the package is stuck in custom clearance and I have to wait a few more days, otherwise they will provide a replacement service for me
So far I am very happy with the customers service from Jtime. Li and Lana are very kindly and asked all my questions very fast. Hope that there are no bigger issues with my package.
