Payment confirmed on 09/01/2024, but not QC pics here yet either.

08/01/24 - Order placed
08/01/24 - Payment made using crypto
09/01/24 - Order updated to Processing - advised 2 weeks for VSF
22/01/24 - Reached out for an update to both Hotmail and Gmail addresses no response as of 24/01
I get delays happen - but a little communication would be great especially this being my first order and me wanting to buy three more watches.
