Really don’t wanna be that first time noob with first time impatient questions but. This is the timeline 9 Jan order placed, QC on the 13 Jan and shipped on 17 Jan. Now it’s 27th of Jan and the order status has not changed sinds the 17th it still says in transit via 17track. Order info submitted electronically. No changes whatsoever. So I asked them but they only send me the 17track link. Is this normal ???
