My very first order was with Elliot and everything went very smooth.
In Detail:
1) VSF Milgauss, loving it.
2) IWC Mark XX, marvellous watch
3) Tag Heuer F1 Gulf Edition, very nice. In the first QC pics the chrono hands were clearly misaligned. After rejecting this was fixed and the watch arrived fine. The rep strap looks really good but as obviously nearly all rep straps is stiff and not very good in general. Replaced it with a proper gen-like strap sourced in the UK and now the watch looks and feels just so nice.
