First Order at Trusty - ZF Black Pelagos

Here I am!
First order to Andrew from Trusty: ZF Black Pelagos (TUD035 on the website)

Was thinking to buy this watch for a while, asked at Intime and PureTime, and they said they don't have it and willn't be able to provide it.

Fortunatelly, Andrew replied to me that this is available for him!

So order done today!

Frustrating that you have to give them a nudge to get a response and the response is that its not available? I have noticed a lack of personalisation of any email from trusty - its always copy and paste - usually not ansering the question anyway.

​​​​​​​In facts, after informing me that Factory willn't be able to provide a ZF Pelagos, Andrew was very responsive for the XF option:
QC pics received within 6 days (18 -> 24 january), for 4-12 days announced.
After reject of the first QC pics, take less of a day to send me anothers pics...

The only point that ZF wasn't available...

I will continue with trusty with convenience, i think...

Any progress on this? Did you see another XF before CNY? Out of interest what was the issue on the XF you rejected - they're usually pristine?

Yes, i received Tracking information 2 days after validating QC pics. Here's the update:

The issue was a lack of white colour on the hour's hand (little black dot).

I also have post inbound from trusty and received tracking on the same day as you (26th) that went live online a day later (27th).

Trusty tells me tracking will only update when the parcel is at the local delivery office... Waiting waiting..

So 35 days from order to delivery (with the fact we go from ZF Pelagos to XF Pelagos during the transaction).
