Thanks for the response. I placed an order for the blue dial a few days ago. Hopefully I hear from QC soon!
Update on timeline:
05/05 - Order placed
07/05 - Payment made (bank transfer) PT did advice me in advance that it would take 7-10 workdays before they could see it.
16/05 - Alice wrote to me and said that only some of the amount was paid, even though i paid the full amount.
(waiting for her to get back to me, as i've send her a screenshot of my bank statement)
05/05 - Order placed
