I have been in contact with Trusty for almost a year now and during that year I was hesitant on what to buy as I was new to this hobby. Even though I had not purchased anything yet Andrew was always more than happy to help me with my questions. After finding this blog and educating myself a bit more I began to buy some products and bought them through Trusty of course because he was the one who always was helping me with my questions.
Firstly I ordered an ARF 39mm Oyster Perpetual white dial, though after a week or so Andrew notified me that ARF was having trouble getting parts. I then had Andrew hold the credit of the watch for me while I searched for another item. I trusted that he would honor my credit because I had become familiar with him over the last year, he also reassured me that if i could not find any items i wanted he would refund me.
a month or so later I ended up using my credit toward an array of parts for some watches I already owned. I got some dials and bracelets through him which I am excited to get. I also ordered an EW Factory 41mm Oyster Perpetual that I am very happy with. The watch took roughly 6 days to get QC pics and 16 days since shipped to get to me which is not bad at all.
Trusty is now my go to TD and I will be placing many more orders with him, as his transparency eases me a bit when it comes to being a buyer in this hobby.
