Hi --

I received my first order from TrustyTime (and long story short my next order is already in process because I was so pleased with the results)...
Ordered a 3K 5167 Aquanaut - Which was only in stock with the bracelet, and Trusty Time was able to get me the proper rubber band for the watch.

- This watch seems great, and I look forward to getting the rubber band but on it.

Ordered a XF Ap Royal Oak 15202 Stainless Steel Jumbo V2 - The first one which was sent for QC had a misprint on one of the indices on the dial, Trusty Time when I pointed this out quickly (I think under 24 hours) had QC pics of another one which was acceptable to me.

- Overall I'd say this is a very very good rep, I have a Gen AP Royal Oak Dual Time and from a quality perspective this seems right up there. The biggest weakness I'd say is some variation in the gap of the links on the bracelet - and the links that attach to the case pivot up a little bit more than on the Gen but this is a very very minor detail.

Time from order to shipping was very fast as well, and I think from the time I placed the order to the day I received was under 2 weeks.

Trusty Time was very communicative which was much appreciated - and seems to be going the same way with my second order which I've received QC pics and approved 2 and asked for clarification on another 2.

Can very much recommend them and will likely purchase again.

Nice pieces! I don’t understand what game they are playing, is impossible that some receives their pieces fast and others
very slow

It has nothing to do with the TDs as they have to await stock from factory to be sent to them then they take QC pics. Once customer confirms its all OK they are shipped out. It also depends on what method or flight they are on to reach destination. But don't forget once it reaches destination its down to your country to release items from customs. The TDs have done their part by shipping it out.

Honestly? I don't think so. I have tracking code from DHL, and they says that they haven't the package and that the situation is under control. As well as in the rest of Europe where things return to everyday routine.
I had to wait 12 days for QC, and that's ok, but now in 16th days the package hasn't move at all.
Many others are complaining about the same situation

This happens very often with DHL but rest assured Andrew has posted out your watch and it will be with you. Andrew has mentioned it in a previous post that 'we are dealing with reps and have to take a different approach to sending'. Your parcel will be on the move shortly and I can understand your frustration of wanting the watch asap on the wirst.

I am very doubtful, i've ordered a few rep during lockdown (march and april) and i've received anything with DHL in a reasonable time. As i said this is the 30th day from the order and the 16th from the tracking code; in two weeks i'll move from my address and i seriously risk to lose the package.
Honestly the communication is lacklustre and not clear about timing.
At the beginning i was very happy to found a good TD, but now i'm not so sure about the future

I'm sure Andrew has posted out your watch but it is DHL that is causing the delays. Sometimes it takes longer then expected for scans to show up. The timing is a rough estimate its not always going to be right. As for the package if it is being delivered via DHL you can opt to pick it up from selected service points so you won't loose the package. I do hope you receive it before you move. Keep us posted buddy.

It could be awaiting to be scanned. Have you contacted Andrew? Silly question to ask. I have packages that don't show its been picked up then further down the line it shows its moved to another part of Hong Kong. The good thing about DHL is you can divert your package anywhere it does not have to be local.

I'm sure Andrew will have a resolution for you soon. He's a trusted guy. Hang tight for now and I'm sure your package will be on the move soon enough.

FWIW, I placed my second order June 26, 2020 and after rounds of QC pics which TrustyTime was helpful with approved all on July 2, 2020 and it shipped July 4, 2020.

As of today July 12, 2020 it appears to have cleared customs in the US.
