Hello, I am in the right place to comment about my first purchase in JTime, I see that some posts are too long on first purchases and first purchase threads without specifying anything so I will summarize and be as brief as possible! As I already said in my presentation post, I made the first purchase on 06/24/2023. The exceptional attention from Li both with general questions, when I ask for stock as well as when I made the purchase. Payment made by Wise on the 24th, confirmation a few minutes later and waiting for Lana for the QC photos.
TIMELINE:
1- 06/14/2023 I ask for stock.
2- 06/15/2023 I receive an affirmative answer and I ask Li some questions to assess and decide.
3- 06/24/2023 It takes me a while to decide but I'm going ahead with it. I have a couple more questions about the method of payment (attention of 10 and very very fast by LI) and I make the payment through Wise and receive confirmation. I am waiting for the QC photos from Lana.
4- 06/27/2023 received the QC photos everything ok everything seems perfect it looks really good, but I still do not accept them for shipping because I ask if you can send me some of the Lumen (something very important to me)

5- 06/28/2023 QC lumen Photos received by Lana, everything correct, clock accepted and we go ahead with the shipment, to be as honest as possible, the QC photos in general are not of the best quality, nor with the maximum possible detail, although they are not for that either ! In fact, they are to have a general vision of the clock to be able to evaluate that everything is aligned and there is no big mistake! So we continue with the process, waiting for the shipment to be made and the tracking number! (normally 3 to 5 days) soon more news.

6- 06/30/2023 Tracking number received, my package is already on the way, everything is going smoothly! I hope that everything continues as well with the transport dam (well treated and cared for) and with customs! Approximate time of 3 to 4 weeks, I am aware that I am having luck with the times and at the moment everything is being fulfilled even before the deadlines. so far impossible to have been better by TD Jtime. More News soon I will keep you informed!

6- 07/27/2023 Lana contacted me, apparently my package has been lost and they can't locate it, it's been 4 weeks since it was shipped! I have not worried until now I was waiting until 01/08 to contact Lana and Li and ask for explanations but they have already contacted them directly. We start the replacement and forwarding service, they will send me new QC photos and the process from the beginning, validation and shipment again! Right now I am waiting for the new QC photos. I will keep you informed of how it progresses, hopefully this time everything goes well!

The truth is that I was giving them a little more time, once the deadline was over I was waiting for the end of the month to contact them and obtain information, but Lana contacted me directly, which shows that they are pending their orders / shipments. Now all we have to do is wait for the new QC photos, wait for the watch to be ok, just like the previous one, Lumen, aligned, rehaut and finishes to validate it and continue with a new shipment... let's see if everything goes well this time

7- 07/31/2023 Second QC photos received all ok, I keep stressing that the QC photos could have more quality but they are what they are. Watch validated, preparing shipment and waiting for tracking number again!

Not yet, these things happen, but it's a pain in the ass when you're looking forward to something hahahahahah I am very patient, we will continue to wait and hope that now everything goes smoothly.

9- 08/17/2023 Finally the watch arrived, after a few stones along the way, a bit of bad luck and some time to wait and calm down, the watch is already with me. Lana was attentive and resolute and she was ahead of me in the problems that occurred, I could not be happier with the attention given by jtime. The watch is really good, very well done, tested at +1 second per day, aligned, good rehaut, good polishing, so everything is perfect. My first experience with Jtime I would rate it positively and I would recommend them 100%. See you in future purchases!
