Didn't submit payment because this bitcoin vendor wanted my face, I'm in security, I'm unwilling to give it, etc etc. So I had some questions about WU. Sent them via email, then whatsapp.

Apr 7 Xiao Li gets back to me on whatsapp. Answers my questions, and then, HOMEBOY, tells me I had overpaid on shipping (USA doesn't need triangle shipping) and to apply a WU discount as well. They could have pocketed that money and I'd be none the wiser. MASSIVE points there.

Apr 7 the WU payment is sent, I'll update this thread as the saga continues.

April 8 still tryna pay this dude. He's being very helpful and patient. When I told him that WU is shitting the bed and that it'd take 2 weeks to get a coinbase funded enough to pay, he offered a transferwise option, which has been the smoothest so far. Now I'm waiting for transferwise to do that penny deposit confirmation thing, and homie is still being chill.

So far so good!

Money went through April 9th in the morning. The next morning he confirms he sees it in his account.

Apr 15: Around 5am CST today I've gotten my Tracking Number!!! Very excited They were careful to point out that the package is going to be listed as low value and that shipping companies might really bowl the thing around, so when I get it I shouldn't take any stickers off until I can verify the thing ticks. This is a far cry from my first rep buy experience ever with puretime. I of course know this now, but if I was still a total noob, I would be shook if I got my watch and didn't realize it takes a bit to get the thing ticking sometimes! Great expectation setting.

The tracking site is partially in Chinese, but it appears to be DHL.

OOOOh just got a text today that the watch is due to arrive next monday!

It went from stuck at "Shipping information received" directly to "shipment picked up" and "processed at HONG KONG - HONG KONG" overnight. HYPE
