Just wanted to document my jtime experience so far:
Placed order through website on 11th August 2021
Paid in full by bank transfer on 12th August 2021
Received email confirmation of order
I then emailed Li asking for time scale on delivery and he emailed back saying I should wait 10 - 14 business days for QC pics from Lana. That was 13th August.
It is now 6th September almost a month after making payment and I am still waiting for the QC email.
Disappointing and concerning.
Last email on 26th August asked me to give them more time to deal with my order.
However I see other customers on this forum have ordered after me and received better service?
it's not a good experience so far........?
I chose JTIME due to research on this forum
Can anyone on here offer me any reassurance that I am dealing with a trustworthy dealer?
