Just wanted to document my jtime experience so far:
Placed order through website on 11th August 2021
Paid in full by bank transfer on 12th August 2021
Received email confirmation of order
I then emailed Li asking for time scale on delivery and he emailed back saying I should wait 10 - 14 business days for QC pics from Lana. That was 13th August.
It is now 6th September almost a month after making payment and I am still waiting for the QC email.
Disappointing and concerning.
Last email on 26th August asked me to give them more time to deal with my order.
However I see other customers on this forum have ordered after me and received better service?
it's not a good experience so far........?

I chose JTIME due to research on this forum
Can anyone on here offer me any reassurance that I am dealing with a trustworthy dealer?

Wish your kindly can understand that we are dealers quite relying on the factory process speed too.
There is no any good point for us to slow down any customer's order on purpose.

Order process time could vary depend on which exact watch model we are processing.
Some factories working faster and some factories are slower, plus this industry got quite slower since some big raids happened 5 months ago.

We can also issue a full refund to you and cancel the order if you do not want to wait any longer.
You can let us know by email if cancel & refund is a better way to do now for you.

To put your mind at ease, just be patient (easier said than done). Although new to this specific forum (mainly on other forums consistently) and sign-up date is irrelevant, I've ordered from Puretime site since 2010 and Hont site since 2010 as well. Just to give you some dealer examples, I've never had any issues in receiving the pieces in general. Although from Hont site, it did take 2 months in one situation but that was because he didn't have the piece in stock and the source factory was raided - just the luck of the draw. You'll hear some good and some bad experiences from folks around forums time to time, but I think you'll be fine. Don't worry about factory raids either, they always bounce back so I wasn't trying to discourage you. I hope you get your piece...

Its not amazon mate.
Read some stickies here, you will get it how it works. Li does his best to source your watch at the local factories.
He doesnt take your money and go to the bar - he does his work and goes to the bar. (metaphoric)

All tds here in this Forum are good. If it took longer than normally just search here in the forum and you will see that the situation of Factory Raids… are not so good.

So delivery of watches need much more time at the Moment.

Thanks guys????..... To everyone that has replied so far. I am reassured that everything will be fine. Just going to wait on Li and Lana getting back to me.
I'll update on this site to let you know how it all goes. Getting excited to receive my order and understand a bit more now on how it all works.
