Hello everyone.

I am part of our community since 5 years. I'm usualy the silence type, just reading...

I chose Chazing Time as trusted dealer since the beginning of this adventure. In total I spent more than 4000$ on their platform.
And I was quite happy to be honest.

But 2 weeks ago, I did another purchase, and this time everything turn south.

I registered ChazingTime bank details long ago, and once they sent me the quote I did the transfer as usual.
But it turned out that bank account was link to an ex-employee fresly out of their company.

So I initiated a discussion with my bank (that could not do anything for me) and with the seller.
ChazingTime blamed me to send the money to this bank account and not reading carefully the email where the new account was mentionned. They also told me that they will try to contact their ex-employee.

This is where the story start being interesting for you.
Instead of coming back at me with answers (positive or negative), they just decided to ghost me. Since then I am trying to know if they have at least tried help me, but nothing... Their ex-employee is maybe honest after all.

I recently recommended ChazingTime to 5 of my friends, but now I am in doubt. Trust is something precious and lost mine.
Basicaly, if everything goes fine, your good, but don't expect anything more.

Sorry bro but what help did you expect if you transferred money to someone else's account? Bank details can change with huge companies, and here we are talking about a Chinese seller! Not checking the bill before paying is at least strange.

I have been using the same account for the past years... my last successful purchase was in November. I did not check by habit, this is my fault and this is not what I relay here.

The seller told me that he will try to check with his ex-employee, then no reply anymore.

My point is only to show that if anything can go wrong, this seller will ghost you.

I understand it was habit but you received communication for payment and disregarded it, normally for a legal venture I’d say that’s fine but we’re dealing with a not so legal trade out of China. Also it’s CNY holiday right now and all factories are closed, give it some time.

I recommended so much this seller that many friends order frequently from them. And one of them told me that he had email exchanges with the seller at the same time it was ghosting. So I have lost any hope to get something back.

I understand perfectly what you said about the payment method, but there is context that I did not describe previously. During my last 3 purchases, they did the same (different bank details), and every-time I was asking if the previous bank detail I got was still ok. As it was always YES, this time I did not ask and proceed on my own... MY MISTAKE for sure. This what happen when you want to go too fast.

My previous reply were certainly a bit harsh, but I am super frustrated to have lost 700 quid.

In any case, your comment will be useful for the following buyers to carefully look at the bank details for payment.

When you want to buy something, they are ready to kiss you anywhere. When you demand something or make claims, you are ignored. This is a typical practice for all TDs from China

Hello again,

I have few other info, but I guess this can be usefull.

So after forgetting about getting help from ChazingTime saling depatment, I contacted them to pay my order to the right bank account this time.
And as this seller moves its bank account quite often, I asked for confirmation before loosing another 790€.
He/she did not reply...

At the same time, one of my friend buy and communicate freely with them.

I guess that it is possible to get black listed by a Chinese TD, for having paid its ex-employee by mistake and trying to establish a line of communication with this ex-employee...

Are you shure your mail reached them ? Maybe you can use another way of communikation.
As said its CNY and even when its finished TD's have a lot of messages outstanding which
Means reaction time may be much longer than usualy
Hope the Things get sorted out.

I hope I will find a way to communicate back, but they seemed unplease of my comments. I sure got pissed to not see them helping me much and losing my money...

I am aware of this and if they really do your right to be pissed. I only think you have been a very good
Customer to them and it can't be there interest to loose you.
Beside that they are a TD here and treating you this way may cost them a lot of customers.
Have you thougt about filing a ticket at the help Desk ? Maybe mods then could step in and give you
a helping hand.

I have spend many hours on RWI to teach my-self and apreciated the work of everyone. But I did not contribute much. So asking for help seems odd to me.

Back to your origin Problem you are member of RWI for a long time and should really use the help
Desk. If you wanna give someting to RWI you may become a supporter. Its only 30 Dollar a year.

Hello,

I need to give this up-date. Chazing did not communicate as wanted to, but they did quietly the job.

They found the money back and solved my problem. They are definitely TD. I am impressed by their honesty.

Thank you all for the messages. And thanks to Chazingtime.

I will try to post more on the good stuff in the future.
