Sharing my ordering experience with Hont, I have bought a couple watches with Pure before.
Initial contact - Quick reply with availability, very 'to the point', matching the reputation
. 21st July
Watch - Seamaster Diver 300M VSF 42MM Green on Green
Ordering 25th July - Quick and easy via wise, paid on 25th July, QC mentioned as 3-7 days turnaround
Status 11th August - Nothing through yet (not unusual), so asked for an update, said he sorry and that he would 'ask the supplier'
Status 30th August - No response yet, I have asked for an update.
QC - Currently awaiting
I'm not panicking or complaining yet, aware that Hont is less communicative than other TDs, and these things can take time!
