Let me share my first experience with Hont as follows. In the past I ordered mostly from Chazingtime. However, last time 2 of 3 watches caused problems after a few weeks and on the third watch I failed to see a QC flaw (I know, basically my mistake...). Sure, this can happen with any TD but anyway I was open for trying a new TD.
Then, I saw Honts special offer at reddit for old stock IWC 3880 02 and 07 (V6F!).
Let me tell you before: Don't try to contact him by mail, use whatsapp!
September 21: Wrote mail
September 27: Contacted him via whatsapp
September 28: Got reply, quick exchange and sent payment and received QC after a few hours (super fast!!)
September 29: Approved QC, Payment arrived and received shipping number
October 2: Current order status: [Guankou Town] Processing at sorting center
So far really great experience, I never went through the ordering process so far! Don't worry about communicating by whatsapp.
Big plus for EU citizen is also that he has a Lithuanian bank account, so no extra fees for transferring money to HK/CN/...
So basically my only main concern will be the arrival of the shipment. In the past, I always used triangle shipping, because I live in Europe and our customs are kind of strict. I also told Hont about this, but he showed positive shipping references and assured safe and fast shipping. So for the moment I decided to lean back and trust the trusted dealer
