order number 262357, ordered milgauss rolex, almost one week no confirmation email , ordered with credit card, reached out to tracking @puretime.com , response within one day which is understandable due to time difference, pure time replied “watch you have ordered is out of stock,” I replied with image of watch I had chose to replace an on sale model , so there would be no difference in price , submariner 116610 LN black ceramic ZF 1:1 best edition vr3135, received short response “switched it out for you”. Dec-6 I reached out and asked about process , they responded that I would receive qc photos before shipment, to be patient . It is now Dec12 and have not been sent qc photos or tracking number, this is really disappointing as I was planing to buy 20 watches plus if I could rely on a smooth transaction.
