I have just completed my first ever rep order with Theonewatches and it was a very good experience. The website is good very useful with information and good pictures of the watches for sale, and the stock checker link is also useful.
I initially contacted Steve on the 21st of July. The watch was in stock so I got the QC pictures and videos on the 23rd. I had a question about a minor mark on the dial so I got addictional QC pic on the 24th. I okayed this (and happy to say the mark is essentially invisible to the naked eye) and I was given the tracking details on the 27th, less than a week after initial contact, and the watch arrived on the 31st, with no delays or problems with customs at all (UK delivery). So very fast process, only 10 days in total! Payment was via bitcoin which was quite straightforward to do.
The watch was packaged nicely and securely, with all protective film still in place. I ran it for a couple of days to test the movement before removing the film. It keeps pretty good time so far, gaining 10 seconds in about 48 hours. I've now adjusted the bracelet to fit and it is incredibly comfortable for a steel bracelet and fits really well on a relatively small wrist (6.5 inches). I could say more about the watch, but really I am reviewing the seller so I will just say I am very happy with the watch and had a very positive experience buying it.
