First time ever ordering with PureTime, not sure why, but I just picked PT out of all the TDs here, and I got some frustration about cancelling an order, perhaps it takes longer than usual for the QCs from what I been reading, even saw some memes about it, but haven't received any QC, got tired of waiting, didn't really want the watch anymore, so I emailed to cancel the order, but I was told it's only a 90% refund, though I haven't received a QC, nothing shipped out, nothing in possession, and was told in email that the credit card company pretty much takes 10%? Someone else told me, "If they refund the purchase the fees should be refunded as they would not be charged to them." So, it gave me a headache
