Thought I'd share my experience.
Initial chats with Steve over a few days from the 10th October to get the right model.
Steve shared videos, comparison tables and data for a few options and answered all my questions. I settled on the 126610LN Sub date.
This was all done over WhatsApp and Steve was brilliant throughout.
Steve quicky sent over payment details and I setup a Wise account nice and easy.
On the 28th and for my own peace of mind, I asked Steve to validate themselves over RWI DM and with WhatsApp so that I could be 100% sure I was dealing with the correct person. Maybe a little extra step that wasn't necessary, but Steve quickly answered both messages, put my mind at rest and was great throughout.
After a few days waiting for some funds to arrive on my side we confirmed the original price hadn't changed due to the exchange rate on the 31st and on the 2nd November I sent over the funds. No hassles from Steve at all and he started the process when I sent confirmation screenshots.
2 days later on the 4th Steve received the Money via Wise, sent confirmation screenshots via WhatsApp and sent a QC link via email. Perfect.
I got mail tracking the following day on the 5th.
Steve advised it would be 3-4 weeks delivery to the UK. So settled back to patiently wait.
The watch arrived today on the 18th. Packaging was exceptional. Well-padded and protected. The watch is as good as all the reviews say.
So, a few weeks discussing and setting things up. Delivery from payment was 2 weeks.
