Been on this forum for quite a while on another account and finally took a plunge with Trusty and boy was a right about it.
- Emailed Andrew in the middle of the month in search of a particular Datejust 41 and he replied on the same day recommending that the VSF if the best in market.
- had some questions along the way and all communication was done via email.
+7days: Paid within a week from first communication.
+3days: QC pics received. Agreed on the same day
+3days: Shipping details given
+7days: Brand spanking new Datejust41 arrived at my doorstep.
From my many years reading on the forum, what I experienced was practically a perfect scenario and it couldn't get better. Flawless!
What was important was rather the way Andrew handled the entire process patiently with my questions on the quality and shipping timeline. I can trust him for future purchases.
