first 2 landed,advice needed

first 2 landed (with pics now), but advice needed

Ok, my first 2 pams landed a 111 and 183,soon as my interenet connection is cured i will post some pics.Loving both watches but have a problem with one,the 183 has 2 loose strap wire fixings,now i have checked the screws for tightness and they are tight,its almost as if the threads in the case aren't deep enough to nip onto the bars and lock them? I have contacted one of the TD's that sold me it and they say can i get it fixed local but i dont think a watchsmith will touch a rep in the UK(anyone know anybody) My next option is to tap the holes ,anyone know the thread size they use?

You have 3 options

1. put up some pics so we can assist
2. do some reading on the forum
3. find a local watch smith

lucky you! I ordered on the 20th from a TD but it haven't arrived! Really frustrated right now and the TD didn't reply. Sigh.

isp playing up so pics cant do yet,searched on here but nothing showing thread/taps size for screws,in UK not many touch rep watches
