Finding 320 Dial

Hi everyone, i got a small problem.

The painting of PANERAI is wearing off on my 320.

I had been searching for a dial for replacement and no help.

ANyone can point me to deal or shop? if not how can i repaint it back with wat color? the"I" is having problem...
