I am looking for this watch:

IWC IW370818 pilot spitfire double chrono Antoine de saint exupery. Anything alike (I know ZF had a decent one of the regular chrono of Antoine de saint exupery) would be great: it does need to be 43 or 44mm though and does need to be on the leather IWC Santoni strap):
