I take it the second picture is the gen? (don't know Omega's, sorry). All I can say is they look a damn sight better than before! Don't know how a dealer can offer a piece with such a big flaw!

Haha no the second one is my watch as well. Thanks for the compliment
(You can see from the happy feet it's a rep) This watch came with a lot of flaws, but i really wanted one. This version has a lovely shine to it as you can see.

I love the crown guard mod - looks so much better. Nice one!
I have the same rep and want to do the same mod, also tempted to get a gen dial for it, as it's a very nice watch, just not an accurate replica.
The other disappointment for me is the caseback - compared to the cheaper SMP reps (such as the WBK model) the text and wave pattern definition is very poor.
