I've been Andrew's customer since 2016. I don't buy loads, but I do buy regularly every few years. I always favour the classic Tank Francaise & Tank Anglaise. Both automatic and battery. His service is streamlined and gets faster. The main thing is his quick email replies and very very detailed photographs. If anyone is complaining about this shop it's because they've either accidentally been tricked into going to a fake shop website or they aren't looking carefully at photos or reading his emails. A few years back I had a minor problem with the watch strap closure and contacted Andrew six months after buying. He couldn't have been more helpful and wouldn't let me pay for a spare part. So buy from him but get his web address correct and email, then look over the high res images and you wouldn't go wrong. Thanks again Andrew
