Ordered two watches and paid on the 11/5. One Clean gmt and a clean daytona, I then quickly changed my order to one ARF GMT GRNR and a Clean 126500 with deep, no issues there.
QC pictures came rather quickly, within a week or so. The Clean was a GL, but the ARF wasn’t, and I asked for another one - no problem!

ARF story:
A week or so goes by, and I ask when the new QC pictures are coming. He answers that he has made a mistake and has sent the RL watch to me, but I can send it to his friend in Germany when I get it. However, he won't send another watch until his friend has it, which will add at least another couple of weeks until I have my watch. I then decided that I wanted a refund for that watch instead, which was no problem.

I received the watch on 10/6 and shipped it out the day after. On the 14/6, I got a message from the postal service that the recipient got the package. Every day since then, I have asked if they have received the package and when I can get my refund. He always answers, "I will look into it," and "What's the tracking?" I’ve sent him the tracking three times now. No signs of my money.

This is the fourth day that I’m asking him if they got it. Still no real answer.

Clean story:
The Clean watch got its deep crystal on the 4/6 (like two weeks after accepted QC) and was shipped out on the 7/6, almost a month after payment.

When I check the tracking, I can’t see where it´s at, but I can see that it’s going through Germany before it goes to Sweden. It has a tracking number with DE at the end instead of SE that it normaly has. Very weird.

The estimated delivery date are from 09/7 to 13/7, which is another 22-26 days. So it might be over two months to get a normal Clean watch (sure with deep installed). It normally takes 1-2 weeks to get a watch from china and maybe three with the deep.

To be continued...

For what it's worth Andiot's refund policy per his website references a 7 day timeline to process refunds. Whilst not stated this will be measured in business / banking days.

I´m not worried that I´m not getting the refund. It´s just the issue that it feels like there´s a different person on the phone all the time.

He responded now that he will hopfully have solved it on thursday so let´s hope for that.

The clean shipping are still a mystery tho

Most likely is a different person, just like the many 'Steves' at The One Watch etc.
Yep. It would be nice if there was some communication between them tho or if they read the last 4-5 messages before they answered

just as a general suggestion, whenever you deal with people like these treat them like you would when starting a new chat with AI: include all the context in the message directly, then they have no excuse to stall the discussion!

If there's only one Elliot, he is probably on the phone with several dozens of customers every days, if not hundreds.

I do. And I always include my last message (I’m replying to it so they can see what I’m referencing) and so on. If you would look at our chat it looks like I’m trying to talk to a gold fish with zero memory and I’m doing everything I possibly can to make it smooth.
