Not really. Depends on how close you want to get. There's a member on here who does mods to it up to a total cost of about $1200 USD which involves minor minor tweaks. But generally it's 95% and that final 3% will cost you a lot and is still not 100%.
Why mod extra (for a lot of $$ or €€) if 99% of the people that might see your watch have no idea how a gen looks like?

Either be happy with the super rep or go all the way and franken it. Chances are you wont come across someone that knows the 127 like the back of their hand so you will never get called out.
If you do decide to mod it then make sure you go fully franken as the guy that is able to call you out on the noob dial, ie 1 in a million person, would most likely do the same on the rep crystal, cg, movement etc so no point in getting gen dial and being called out because he knows the crystal distorts too much etc.
There is a guy over at rwg2 that pretty much did a full franken that I think came to less than $5k. Decent price considering the gen goes for 5times that but he is an ace when it comes to assembling it himself and sourcing ultra rare parts that most people would never be able to get their hands on. He makes some sick builds and then sells them so check out Rockarep, I think, over there if you're keen.
