Yes, Insurance and shipping included, final difference was 80$.
Like I said though, I didn't conclude any purchase with Mark, he had my money refunded because he couldn't source me the watches.
Posting about my 2nd purchase with Ficotime in here instead of starting a new thread. Mark is great with communication and fast with QC and shipping initiation. Really pleasant experience with him, again. Can only recommend.

Oct 16: Asked Mark about the prices mentioned above. Placed my order and deposited $50 (paid in USDT [crypto]).
Oct 18: Received QC pics and gave GL on the same day.
Oct 19: Transferred the outstanding payment.
Oct 24: Got notified that the bezel and xtal were installed (with picture) and shipping would be initiated on the next day.
Oct 25: Received pic of shipping label and DHL tracking number.
Nov 07: Package arrived. Watch is working well. The date is hanging a bit low inside the date window for a few of the calendar days. Not ideal but I can live with it. Could not spot it during QC since only other dates were shown that seem to be properly placed on the DW. Pretty happy with the watch overall.

hey it's me again, completely forgot to come back and actually write down what everything cost and how long it took and about my experience.
one quick thing: the guy is really quick to answer any questions, super transparent with any fees, insurance, postage, he seems very serious. also the prices are really what got me interested, i'd rather pay less and wait one or two weeks extra.
you can get insurance for 5% off the price of the watch (3800 CNY or ~494 EUR) . in case the watch gets seized by customs or lost, he will resend it.
the insurance came in at 190 CNY or ~24 EUR
postage cost me 160 CNY or ~ 20 EUR.
Total: 4150 CNY or 537,47 EUR
08.11.24 - initial contact, made a 50 EUR deposit, for a gmt master 2 from clean factory
09.11.24 - QC pictures received. i proceeded with the transaction. paid 3960 CNY or ~490 EUR
12.11.24 - received a picture of the package at some post office in china i would assume, along with a DHL tracking number.
29.11.24 - package received trough DHL.

at that time 1 CNY = 0.13 EUR roughly.
