Hi,

VERY nearly lost a new ferrari watch today......
One of the pins in the clasp which holds onto the "ferrari" labeled end of the clasp fell out and watch was left in the middle of a airport terminal!!

Lucky he watch was returned to me..

Question though. Its seem the that pin which holds onto the "ferrari" labled end of the clasp is not a normal pin?! Or am I mistaken? I never had a good look at the pin before i realized it was gone. And it looks like the other side is completely different.

Can someone explain the type of pin which i need to replace it?!

Many thanks
Dan

Dan,

It looks like it is a special 1.5 mm spring bar (22MM compressed and 24 MM extended) that connects the Ferrari portion of the deployment clasp. It goes through the "arm" and then it has two sleeves to center it (look to be a 2mm thick spring bar tube that was cut in half with each side 8 mm long. So two spring bars as described will allow you to make a new one just like the one that shipped with the watch.

It's brilliant the info you can find on here! I have the same problem with my Ferrari clasp. Where would I expect to find replacement parts like these?

I need a new spring bar described by the op
