I'm looking to add a 47mm PAM to my collection. I am a little worried on size, but wanted to see what everyone's favorite was and maybe what is regarded the best rep out there in that size?

That is pretty sharp. But, I am not into Subs. But that one is sorta making me interested...
I do like the 372. The 127 is nice also. I just prefer the cleaner look of the 372.
Different strokes for different folks. Just because a particular PAM appeals to a large number of members, what's important is what appeals to you. Maybe mention what models do this for you and we can make recommendations.
Without that information it would be difficult to recommend something. For example, I agree with most of the recommendations directly so far because I own most of them. Can't recommend the 305 in that way because I've never owned it, but based on the other PAMs that I do own that share the same structure with the PAM305, yeah sure go for it. I'll probably get either the PAM305 with the corrected P.9000 movement OR the PAM1305, when either watch is released.

Just not into the Subs though. I do like the looks of the 389 above, but more into the classic style.
47mm classic PAMs aren't that many compared to submersibles so I would say PAM127/217, PAM372/557/422.

I would say pretty close to a tie. Just depends on what you already have or don't have. If I didn't have a plain PAM already I would go with the 372. About as clean as you can get. Elegance in simplicity. Kinda the same way I love my Common Projects Achilles.

Used to be a Fiddy fan, but now I'd say 372. I prefer the simplicity as well. Strangely though, the I prefer the 111 over a 390. Shows you my inconsistencies in my argument. Get both.
There ya go!! Both it is! Kidding... Would love both. I'm leaning towards the 127 for the second hand. The 1950 plain face is cool, but have a 390 now and while not a 47mm, is that clean and classic look. Although... I have an 088 and 390 - maybe I should give in and get a sub...

I have had both the 127 and 372 and can honestly say the 372 just wears so much easier. Don't get me wrong that the 127 is gorgeous, but that dome crystal distorting the dial can be annoying at times.
Yes, you should also try a 47mm sub. 389 is by far my favorite (ceramic bezel, titanium body) with the 508 in a close second (full ceramic).

God, that 372 and that band... Sell it to me. Stat!! Kidding. That thing is stupendous.
The Sub is gorgeous also and has me intrigued. I just have to say that the 372 you show is still tugging at my heart strings and while the Sub looks great, it just doesn't scream at me like the 732...

Hehe yeah the 372 is definitely a looker.
I have a ton of straps and they all seem to fit quite well for it.
