Bought my first replica from a member here and managed to break it the next day.

Contacted Lucien with a description and he quickly diagnosed the problem.

I managed to find a genuine rolex replacement part and once it arrived, I sent both off.

Lucien confirmed receipt of the watch, replaced the broken part and fixed another issue I wanst even aware of. All of this was done and shipped back to me within a week.

I do not get this level of service from my rolex ad!

Thoroughly recommended and am a very happy customer.

Hi guys, how can I get in touch with lucien , have a iwc pilot chronograph with a stripped crown thread that needs fixing or replacing, it’s driving me nuts as it just won’t close because the threads mashed . Here’s some pics
