Lucian very kindly assisted me with a watch id purchased used which was sold “like new” but was simply not keeping time and the hands were falling around on movement.
Lucian fully disassembled the watch and diagnosed a number of loose parts and a build up of dust. This was cleaned, pressure tested, all parts adjusted and re assembled, before being sent back to me looking absolutely spot on.
All turned around within a few days even over a weekend. Well packaged in return and above all, for an incredibly reasonable price.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else in future.
