If I were in England I would love to make an appt. That watch listed looks pretty hideous.

I contacted the guy, told him that I am prepared to buy his 305 but I want to see detailed pics of watch (dial, caseback and original strap including buckle). I also asked for pics of box and all paperwork. Surprisingly... no answer

Something smells real fishy...

It's an established Ebay account, but you have to take into consideration, if he sells all those watches in week 1, he's made it worth his while to burn his reputation and Ebay account.

NOBODY who has thier "stuff" together enough to put together a collection like that would be passive about following up with questions and details while the auctions are running....

Buyer beware...

Moreover... 70+ watches all in 1 go on a 3 day only auction... WTF. Also, his prices are well above market for 2nd hand.

His auction style is poor to say the least (poor & incomplete pics) considering that he is selling 2nd hand luxury goods at inflated prices. And... where are all the original straps?

Well, whole thing looks very odd...however, if you look through his feedback from day one, he has sold a couple of PAM's, lots of PAM straps, books and clothing and quite a few other high end bits and pieces like guitars etc....

As you say, very unusual to have nearly 70 PAM's all listed at the same time.

As Pepsi says though, all he has to do is get 1 or 2 sales then burn his bridges if he is indeed fake...

Funny he didn't reply to XXXX emails though ;-)

The sale has been discussed on a UK forum I read and the consensus is that the seller and watches are very genuine. Apparently this is just a small part of a much bigger collection. Many have vouched for the seller and seen the watches in question, not many I'd imagine will be sold via EBay, more a way to advertise and to make deals away from the site.

Can't understand why someone with such a collection would make such lazy adverts, with only one picture per watch and choose to sell so many in one go.
