Fake Puretime website

I made a purchase here on November 8th and received payment instructions shortly after and paid.

Received confirmation that they received payment November 11th.

Received a tracking number November 16th from a website I am not fimilar with Track 17.


I have reached out to Puretime watch atleast ten times on both the e-mail on their site as well as the whats app. I only received one reaponse telling me they would get back with me nothing more.

Anyone else have issues with Puretime? They basically took my money and now ignoring me. Avoid at all cost.

Would you may post the website you ordered from and the used contact information to double check if you ordered at the legit puretime?

What about the stated failed delivery? You received no notice?

Secondly, normally the package is handed over to USPS for final delivery. Does the page give you a USPS tracking number too? Did USPS leave you a re-deliver notice?

Finally, (for clarity and expectations) you just joined RWI, so RWI staff will not provide assistance on this matter other than on this thread.

The tracking status seems odd. It doesn't seems to be ours and reminded me tracking numbers from scam websites.
