I'm on the lookout for a genuine Omega Ploprof, and although I'd never buy one from eBay myself, I do occasionally check the site to see what pops up out of curiosity. Anyway, I was having a look yesterday and found this -

Can any of the more knowledgeable members determine the authenticity of the watch by looking at the pictures the seller has supplied? What strikes me as odd, is why would someone with a genuine Ploprof feel the need to have it authenticated? Surely if you've got a 4k watch in your possession, you should know damn well if it's real or not.
I asked him who had checked it over and was told that it was done at H & T Pawn Brokers. A chain in the UK from what I understand.
I'd appreciate some additional input before I decide (or not) to report it.
Cheers
