I honestly can't make out what antishock system is being used with that off angle, low resolution pic of the back. It's too blurry to tell if I zoom in, with my phone at least.
I would like to give the seller the benefit of the doubt, seeing the high positive ratings, but you never know...

He's sold a high end watch previously with no issues.... a Corum Baron Samedi and he has 100% feedback with 876 in 17 years plus. Bit late in the day to go rogue?

I wouldn't have a clue in all honesty, there again I wouldn't buy a gen top end watch on eBay :bolt:

Warranty card and COSC look convincing, and I believe it might be possible that in the earlier days Panerai used different grades of 6497's in their entry level or boutique pams, if you know about the PAM 318 scandal then you know what I'm talking about.

Apart from the dead giveaway incabloc, it also has other problems... the crown guard is also wrong for example.

The Ebay seller tried to sell this watch before. I found it then and posted it on RWI. It was determined as fake.

I reported the previous auction, but Ebay did not do anything to prevent the sale from happening. The auction expired and the seller made this new auction.

If only people knew that we were the ones busting all these fakes on Ebay. It's like some sort of Pirate's code we have going on here and I love it :B:.

Keep up the good work guys! Would hate for an honest person to get scammed.

There were low beat movements that had the similar gen shape swan neck. I managed to grab a few from the bay before, you can check it out from my built. Its similar in shape but gen has a better finishing and bevel on the screw hole.
