Isn't the 'Officine Panerai' supposed to be inscribed the other way around?! It's upside down.

I think the officine pa eria is correct.it is a destro so the wording would be upside down. Well that was how it was on the 217 i would think. It also has the y incabloc.

Ok I guess this is one of the reasons why I still have the POFEX badge. Looking online the gen PAM 219 has the upside down etching as far as I can tell.

You have to put them in the same orientation. Here's the PAM219 in your ebay link.

Ebay... true, zero shits given about people selling fake watches as gen.

I have reported many watches, but nothing ever seems to happen. I think that their ebay's attitude is 'sell the item, take the cut, and if the buyer is stupid enough to buy it, then great, and if buyer later discovers that the seller ripped them off, then there is always insurance'.

This guy for example... just noticed his 'No return' policy on the fake PAM... (also just noticed the broken minute hand). So.... lesson to be learned, 'know your shit before you buy, ebay will not protect you'.
