Fake or Gen Rolex 78360 Clasp

Hi everyone,
would appreciate your support if the attached clasp is gen or rep. Bought from eBay. Feels smooth in opening and closing but crowns look for me a bit different and sometimes not correct. Anyway it’s a W4 from 1994/1995 and I’ve no clue how crowns changed since then. And after doing some googling, I found two similar gens for sale a few years ago... and I was not able to find a rep 78360 with W4 engravings...
Thus, would appreciate some professional feedback. Thanks!

How did you identify? Is there any unique thing to distinguish?

I’m not so sure. Based upon my vast knowledge of watches (and the world in general) that could be a rep Cartel F 78360 clasp. Just my thoughts.

The rep Cartel had only 6 holes for adjustment like too many of these Rep clasps.
The GEN clasp has 7 holes for adjusment - like the pictures.

Also the stamping and the "crown logo" looks very Gen like
