Fake hulk on Bay

I was just browsing and stumbled upon this fake hulk on the bay:

It's amazing how people just don't stop trying to scam others.

Seems like ARF to me with those thick lugs but then I'm not an expert by any means.

It doesn’t look like ARF to me but it’s definitely a Rep.
