I would say Gen.
First indication is that the the rep has got the "Secret" signature wrong. On the rep it is very visible, which it is not on the Gen.
The crown is different from the Rep.
The Breguet engraving on the back of the case is deep whereas the engravings are shallow on the rep.
There are probably other tells, but it shows that the Breguet reps are improving. I even noticed that the spelling mistake on previous versions of tourbillion reps seems to have gone from this one.
