Fake advertisers banner

I checked out the sales banner SALES 70% OFF on top of the page (Bierhaus, German speaking forum) They pretend to sell gen watches but look at those prices!

I'm aware that even admins have no influence on the content of these banners. But still, are these scammers putting the ad on a watch enthusiasts site by free will?

WTF? All fake/rep watch ads are supposed to be filtered, this ass is getting thru by claiming to sell gens.
I'll see if anything can be done but damn, there must be stupid people out there to fall for that one!
