Experiencing notable delays for QC pics (9+ weeks)

This is my 3rd time purchasing through Andrew, no prior issues.

I placed an order for two watches on April 18th:

QF Daytona

Clean DateJust

I received QC pics for the Daytona on April 25th and approved them, with no issues. I have STILL not recieved QC pics for the Datejust, and the order was placed about 9 weeks ago.
I have sent 4-5 emails asking about it and he just keep saying "the factory hasn't passed it onto me yet". He offered to ship the Daytona now, but wants me to pay $35 extra to ship the Datejust if/when he gets it. I don't know, I am starting to lose confidence. I even emailed him before to ensure both models were available. Has anyone else experienced signficant delays like this? Not sure what to do. Will update.

Clean Datejust people have been complaining about lack of stock, not just one dealer. Not their fault.

59 days to get one from this guy recently. Different dealer too.

Do people really think they withhold QC for fun or for malicious intent? Dealers just wanna close the sales and be done with it.

Just get a refund on the Clean Datejust and switch and go with VSF or wait...

In stock does not mean in hand - it means that they can order it from the factory.

Perhaps a reread of the guides or my guides will help.

I do have to comment. 1 year here, 3 previous purchases, but you only feel the need to comment or participate in RWI when you had a problem. Really that's not the spirit of RWI. You can do better than that.

Ah yes, nothing like some solid gatekeeping to make lurkers like myself feel welcome to share our experiences and be more engaged in the community.

My bad, I assumed buyers might be interested to know about potential delays/problems.

Lol. You're welcome to always share your experiences. Who said you couldn't? But it somehow seems that "lurkers" never share watch photos, reviews of past purchases, only complaints. One whole year and not even one single post talking about whatever watch you purchased previously? Not one intro post to the community? Your comment kind of falls apart 😅

And then hiding behind the classic excuse "I'm sharing it for the community!" 😅. Your intention is to pressure the dealer to do something.

3 previous great deliveries but one small hiccup in the rep game and it's off to complain and backhanded "I'm losing confidence" posts.

I hope to see you around to be a participating member and to be proven wrong.

The spirit of RWI is to freely share information about replicas, not some glorified help desk for customers and purchasing issues.

Anyways I gave you advice. 3 purchases in you should know dealers don't control the factory to deliver goods. Get a refund, switch to another factory, or keep waiting.

Why would I continue participating in the community? The responses have been nothing but condescending. And now you're asserting that I am only here in bad faith, trying to smear the TD to pressure them? I'm simply concerned, looking for some reassurance, and thought it might be helpful to let other buyers know about potential delays.

Guess I’ll just go back to not saying anything.

The first advice one senior member gave me was:
"Don´t go all snowflakes. This is a really nice forum, you just have to keep calm and not getting all excited before you know more about it."
I guess this applies to you too.

Take your time reading a lot (Uups, I wasn´t suppose to be a smartass. 2nd advice by a mod. :ROFLMAO:) and try to understand the general principles in this business.
It´s just not like Amazon.
Patience is the key.
