Received my first order of 3 watches. Want to say that it was definitely worth the wait. I ordered two Rolex and 1 Speedy.
Rolex's were perfect. No issues. Enjoying them.
Speedy has an issue. Have been trying to contact repair (Maggi), Elena (QC) and Sales. No response for over 10 days despite sending videos of the issues.
So overall, a mixed sentiment from me.
In good faith, I have placed a second order of 4 watches. If only PT could help me with the Speedy, it will make me want to buy more.
Any thoughts from members on how issues with watches from PT were resolved? Anything I can do differently to help resolve this issue?
