Experience with custom Straps for the 2000V

Hello everyone,
Has anyone of you had the experience with a custom leather strap for the Ultrathin 2000V with the quick release function?
Saw that they offer these on Delugs.com but did not see any 2000V in the Review Section.

Also interested in Rubber straps with the quick release. Do I have a chance of finding reasonable priced one?

I've ordered a custom strap for the 2000v from deluge. I selected 4300v as the model, which they said will make the strap thinner. Hopefully it'll work well. I'll keep you posted. It can take a long time to make them. Up to 4 months I believe.

It wasn't good. It was too thick, and the quick change mechanism didn't work well. It would often get stuck and wasn't high quality. I ended up selling it. However, I did purchase one from Liger Straps that is supposed to be a better fit for an ultra thin. I don't have it yet, but I expect it in a few weeks. I'll keep everyone posted.

1) Has anyone managed to find somewhere to buy rubber/leather straps (with the quick release function) for the 2000v?

Any of the forum strap pros still doing this?



2) Should we be getting size 24*7?
Think I previously read that was the right one...

I purchased my latest strap, and finally received it. It doesn't look good. My conclusion is that there are no good strap options for the 2000v. I think I'm going to end up selling it and either getting a Santos or maybe a 4500v. Sorry guys!
