A bit overdue for a purchase last year: I bought a Franken + Modded DJ41 from @JSL121 from this post in the CWC forum:
@JSL121 made what could have been a very hairy transaction into a smooth, above-and-beyond experience. Initial payment was sent via PayPal, but due to my infrequent usage of that account, it was said the funds would take 5-7 business days to clear. We have previously discussed my time constraint due to travel, so this became a bit of a pickle.
@JSL121 went out of his way to suggest fixes — we settled on CashApp — while I cancelled the eCheck. Excellent communication (to the point where he was just giving me updates for the sake of buyer comfort), and again went out of his way to expedite the shipping so I could get the watch before travel. Very gentlemanly!
In addition, prior to the transfer of funds, he shared detailed receipts for all of the mods and parts. And packaged the watch perfectly in a professional style clear acrylic box. And the watch itself was immaculate!
A true 10/10 experience, with extra credit!
