Had a rep sub and gmt serviced by 52degrees. Excellent service and very responsive. Easy to work with, and communication was great throughout.
Both watches are way more smoother when winding and quieter, they work absolutely flawlessly.
Comes back in bullet proof packaging as other reviews have mentioned. Will be sending more watches in the not to distant future for service as well.
